Our History: Building a Legacy of Excellence

The Chesapeake Ninjas Soccer Club boasts a proud and dynamic history rooted in excellence right here in Chesapeake, Virginia. Our journey began in 2018, under the visionary leadership of Coach Will Williamson. What started with a group of novice young players (U9-U10) quickly transformed, as Coach Williamson's dedication and expertise molded them into the region's premier team, achieving a remarkable feat of a ninety (90) game winning streak and six (6) consecutive Chesapeake City Championships.

This initial success laid the foundation for an exciting expansion. In the summer of 2023, the Ninjas evolved into a year-round program, integrating both indoor summer and winter soccer opportunities. This commitment to continuous development further attracted the area's most promising young talent. By the winter of 2023, demand for Coach Williamson's leadership led to the strategic addition of new teams, welcoming top players from other age groups eager to join the Ninjas' ranks.

The club's growth continued its upward trajectory into 2025, marking a pivotal moment with the arrival of Coach Riggs. Combining forces with Coach Williamson, their shared vision and commitment to player development have propelled the club's expansion and solidified its reputation.

Today, the Chesapeake Ninjas Soccer Club proudly fields three competitive teams and continues to grow. Our focus remains steadfast: fostering excellence, promoting exceptional team play, and building a community where every player can thrive both on and off the field.
